MY STORY

linkedin+headshot.jpg

I work with startups, universities, law firms, the arts, global brands and beyond. I love rigorous, empathetic engagement: creating & growing with teams, turning experiments into world-class delight.

I believe that every problem opens a new vision for experiences, and that curated visions execute successful strategies.

I’ve spoken at TED, the Cooper Hewitt - Smithsonian Design Museum, Instagram- Facebook (at Cannes Lions), Pioneer Works and many more. I supported, coached and designed strategies for a legal team that won a landmark Federal trial for 21 international Graffiti Artists. I consult for startups, non-profits and creative agencies, managing projects in boots-on the ground activities, high-level leadership development and recruitment, content strategy, creation and implementation. At Cornell University, I initiated my department’s first experiential learning designs, and before all this had a short life as a monk.

I’m a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Scrum Product Owner and held fellowships with the Art and Law Program, NY Humanities, The Berkeley Institute, and a residency at TED. With Cornell University, I’ve held the Sage Dissertation Fellowship, the Mellon Urbanism Fellowship, the American Studies Graduate Research Fellowship, and the Digital Humanities Summer Graduate Fellowship.

I hold a Master’s degree in English from Cornell University, and two Bachelor’s degrees from U.C. Berkeley, in English and Religious Studies. Currently I’m a a PhD Candidate at Cornell University, where I study the poetics, UX, social networks of NYC’s Subway Graffiti Writing.
