USER FLOWS

The sitemap clarifies the chessboard: the user flows show us how the moves will work.

The overall design is relatively simply: a user learns how to define their preferences in the onboarding process, and then hails a ride by executing the process of defining their preferences. Granular details of interaction start to appear, and we begin to empathize more deeply with the user with exactly which steps they need to achieving their goals. This depth of attention to the pragmatics of user needs is why user flows are so valuable. Here we gain access to the atomic level of dependencies and integrations needed to ensure each user can intuitively generate their experience.
